Rob Brooks

Serving people well in real estate is one of the things Rob enjoys most. He feels that God has called him to invest his life into others, helping them in their real estate goals and even in their real estate careers if they decide to go into the profession. Nearly all of his business comes directly from referrals. Friends, past clients and acquaintances refer new business to Rob because of his core values of honesty, diligence, charity and joy. Rob has been licensed since 1994, seeing ups and downs in the market and changes in consumer preferences. One preference remains unchanged: customers desire outstanding customer service which is worthy of telling their friends about.  Rob is a CRB, CRS, SRS, CRETS, RENE, GRI and has earned his living as a salesperson, sales manager, property manager, sales team leader, and broker/owner of both Rob Brooks Realty and Rob Brooks Seminars and Coaching. 

Sean Carpenter

Originally licensed as a REALTOR® in 1998, Sean Carpenter is the former Agent Development Director for the Ohio NRT companies. He jumped back into a sales role with Coldwell Banker serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Ohio. He founded Sean Speaks in 2018 to expand his speaking, consulting, and facilitation opportunities. His most popular sessions focus on creating memorable customer experiences, maximizing social and digital media, as well as business planning, leadership and sales.

Previously recognized by Inman News as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate, Sean was named as one of the “Top 20 Most Influential People in Social Media for the real estate industry” by The Swanepoel Report for the third year in a row. Sean is a former recipient of the Joseph McKinnon Award from the Columbus Realtors, given annually to the Instructor of the Year.

Sean’s mission is to “teach with passion and enthusiasm instilling confidence and excitement in his students,” and he lives by his philosophy – build relationships, solve problems and have fun.


Jodie Cordell

Jodie has been working in the real estate industry in Florida since 2018. Her experience includes real estate technology, sales, marketing, and training. Jodie is very passionate about helping agents build successful careers using marketing techniques that align with the current landscape and implementing systems and tools to take their careers to the next level.

Before moving to Florida from California in 2016, Jodie was a flight attendant and a 10-year military spouse. Her additional marketing skills come from an extensive background in advertising sales, working with newspapers and radio. She is currently working as a full-time real estate content writer for while also spending time as a Florida Realtors faculty trainer and speaker.

Julianna Giordano

Julianna is a proud Native Floridian, and Mother of two, who grew up in Miami Shores. She is the Active Broker/Owner of International Palms Realty, the Owner/Director/Lead Instructor of Florida Advanced Real Estate School, as well as a Professional Speaker and Coach. She moved to Orlando in the Summer of 2018 (after nearly 30 years in the Fort Lauderdale Area) to relocate her Global Headquarters there and be closer to Florida REALTORS HQ.

She has been in the Real Estate Industry for roughly two decades, and has a background in Adult Education, having been an International Speaker/Trainer in her previous Industry. She is also a writer, columnist, and course writer who has been featured in numerous Industry Articles throughout the years, as well as having received a multitude of awards (including REALTOR of the Year and YPN of the year).

She specializes in Agent Training in areas such as: On-boarding and Day-to-Day Operations, Contracts, Law, Negotiating, Conflict Resolution, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Ethics, and of course Technology!

Jules, as her friends call her, is passionate about raising the levels of Professionalism in Real Estate, and has proudly served her peers throughout her career by serving on various Committees like: Government Affairs, International/Global, Ethics, Contracts/Forms, Community Outreach, and has even served as an Education Director over the years. But the one that she is most proud of, is the Professional Standards/Ethics Hearing Panels. Honoring the Code is of the utmost importance to her!

Kyle Hock

Since June of 2018, Kyle has single handedly recorded over $230+ million in real estate transactions – placing him in the Top 1% of all Agents. Kyle was born and raised right here on the Emerald Coast, in Fort Walton Beach. He’s a true “local”. His broad background in sales, customer service and communication is one of the cornerstones of his growing real estate career. “I know 90% of the agents in my area moved here to sell Real Estate…I was born here to sell Real Estate. I remember fishing these beaches before 1/2 of the properties even existed. I remember watching them build these condos and houses and standing in amazement. I also know that no single approach is right for every individual and their family’s home needs. And I take pride in being a local Realtor that people can trust”. His work ethic is second to none when it comes to working with individuals looking to sell their condo/home, first-time buyers, a family needing a bigger home, a second home, or an investment property near the beaches. Kyle covers the entire Emerald Coast: Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, 30-A, Panama City Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, and Niceville. He married his childhood sweetheart and they have four children – Anna, Nolan, Harper and Lillah. 

Dawn Johnson

I became a Realtor in 2005 and a Broker in 2011. I started with the CENTURY 21 Wilson Minger Agency in 2005 and was one of the top Realtor members of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors for gross sales in 2006.

In 2014 I opened Back Stage Realty. It was my intention to manage a small portfolio of “A & B”  grade residential rentals and offer a reputable platform for professional Realtors to build a sales career. The response was overwhelming. Over 70% of the management business has been referred to us by other professional Realtors based on our reputation in the real estate community. The sales staff grew by word of mouth. My team and I now sell over $30,000,000 in residential real estate yearly and I currently manage 100+/- residential rentals units with a portfolio value of just shy of $25,000,000.

Jacqui Luberto

Jacqui Luberto is the broker and owner of Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast, ONE Family Property Services, and co-owner of Defender Insurance Group. With a background as an agent for three years, Jacqui has spent the last three years as a dedicated broker/owner, leading an impressive team of 160 agents across five locations. A entrepreneur at heart, she is also the owner of five interrelated companies, all designed to provide comprehensive, full-service support to agents, homeowners, and the community at large. With her deep knowledge of both real estate and the business community, Jacqui is a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients, continually setting high standards for service and professionalism in her field.

Judi Rutland

With nearly 25 years of experience in Florida’s Real Estate industry, Judi is solid in organizational skills, pays attention to detail, possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, and has the ability to relate positively with people.

She has an understanding of the real estate business and industry trends, is knowledgeable of budgetary practices, skilled in utilizing technology and related applications and has experience in teaching and developing training for sales associates while working in a team-environment. She has worked on many levels at the company she is employed. Some of the areas include office management, opening and merging offices, recruiting, developing course materials and criteria for new agents, developing and implementing training for experienced agents, implementing existing training, business planning, strategic planning and coaching agents in mapping their real estate career.

Judi has served on several local and State Association Board of Directors and has made presentations and taught classes on industry issues, Code of Ethics, applications and trends. She is proud to have served as the President and Chairman of the Board at the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and has been honored three times with the Realtor of the Year Award. Judi is currently the President Elect for the Women’s Council of Realtors Emerald Coast Chapter.

Daniel Spence

Daniel Spence is a cutting-edge marketing professional with expertise in AI technology, branding, sales, and business development. He earned his marketing degree from top rated Auburn University in 2023. From the age of 18, Daniel demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial skills by successfully establishing and running his own business. 

His entrepreneurial journey not only included managing a thriving business but also involved designing and securing numerous patents. Additionally, Daniel’s innovative spirit led him to launch his own line of design and product sales. With a passion for marketing, a keen understanding of AI technology, a knack for branding, and a talent for strategic sales and business development, Daniel Spence is a dynamic force in the world of business and marketing.

Ant Stroud

Ant is a passionate and youthful entrepreneur who specializes in the real estate industry, one who wears his excitement for the industry on his sleeves, which makes him one of the most relevant, powerful, and influential speakers around. He leads a highly successful group and has a genuine excitement to help other agents in the industry achieve their greatest aspirations. The way he articulates the material inspires agents of all success levels to take immediate action.

Once you meet Ant you know that he is who he is, and he wants you to know you can be who you are “unapologetically” and succeed in this industry with the right mindset and education.

Ant’s whole philosophy is “Agent From Abundance” and he does that by being transparent, honest and vulnerable by sharing from his experiences, and even the learning opportunities (aka, the failures),  just like his mentors do for him. We all need to get on the right path to education, impact and success in our personal lives and in our communities, “we are the resource”.
