Kim Knapp

Kim Knapp began her real estate career in 2001 selling $6 million, in her first year. In 2005, she started training other agents while selling and running a team. Selling almost half a billion and helping over 2000 families, Kim understands the obstacles and opportunities agents face. Today, Kim leads a $500 million office, mentors, is a CRS instructor, a National Speaker, an RPAC HOF Major Investor, former MLS president,  2025 president Elect of the Northeast FL Association of Realtors, founder of one of the largest RE Bar Camps in the country. If you know Kim you know her heart and passion for the success of others, according to Kim this is what feeds her soul.

Bart Swan

My family PCS’d to Florida while I was in high school, so I feel very fortunate to call Northwest Florida my home. I’ve been a mortgage lender since 2001, and feel like I’ve “seen it all”! The rapidly increasing markets of both 2004-2006 and 2020-2021. I survived the mortgage meltdown and ensuing declining market of 2008-2009; and I’ve seen many years of consistent growth in our area. I love tracking both the real estate and financial markets looking for correlations along the way. I’m greatly looking forward to facilitating discussions at RE Bar Camp! We’ll start with a quick online survey to gauge the sentiment of the people in the room, and then we’ll talk about the results! It’ll be great!

I have served three times as an honorary commander at Eglin Air Force Base, and got to go up in an F 15. They even let me fly it, for what turned out to be about the most exciting few seconds of my life! I’ve been married since 1995, with 5 kids and 2 dogs!

 

Zee White

Zee White spent many years enjoying working with both sellers and buyers – you cannot have one without the other. I equally enjoy working with both types of transactions. Zee has a special appreciation for working with the military and relocations, having moved numerous times with her military family background. After working many years with customers, she decided to help real estate professional’s especially newer agents, develop their craft.  As the ERA American Career and Talent Development Director assisting agents gives Zee an enormous amount of satisfaction. Helping those who are changing careers, starting a new one and those wanting to enhance their real estate knowledge. Zee is passionate about her role in developing Trusted Advisors that can assist others achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Changing lives of not just customers but her colleagues too.

 

Tim Buldoc

Mr. Bolduc is a long-time resident of Okaloosa County and a devoted public servant.  Tim serves his community as the City Manager for the City of Crestview.  Additionally, he is the Treasurer of the Hope City Community Church, the AETC Civic Leader for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin AFB, Honorary Commander of the 919th Special Operations Wing, Legislative Chair for the Northwest Florida League of Cities and serves on the CCB Community Bank Advisory Board.  He is a prior United Way of the Emerald Coast and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida board member. 

In 2007, Mr. Bolduc graduated from Troy University with honors receiving a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus in Public Administration and a minor in Business.  Tim is also a Florida State Certified Public Manager.  Prior to his time in public service, he was a small business owner. Tim was a licensed contractor who owned and operated a full-service construction company for over a decade, as well as several other small businesses.

He received the appointment as Crestview’s first City Manager in February 2019 after serving the City of Fort Walton for over ten years.  While serving the City of Fort Walton as the Director of Utilities and Community Development, Mr. Bolduc received an appointment to the gubernatorial board of Building Code Administrators and was the Chair of the rule writing committee.

Joe Capelotti

Joe is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of experience as a Realtor. In 2023, he served as the President of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) and currently holds the position of Managing Broker at Coastal Realty Services. Prior to his real estate career, Joe dedicated 26 years to the United States Air Force, retiring as a decorated veteran. His commitment to excellence, integrity, and leadership sets him apart in both the real estate industry and military service.

 

Jason Miller

Hello, I’m Jason Miller, a dedicated Broker Associate with a strong passion for real estate and a track record of 7 successful years in the industry. My mission is to guide clients through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home in the beautiful Florida Panhandle.

 As a seasoned professional, I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions a person make in life. That’s why I’m here to provide you with the expertise, local knowledge, and personalized service needed to make informed choices and achieve real estate goals.

Before embarking on my real estate career, I proudly served in the US Air Force, where I honed my commitment to excellence, discipline, and attention to detail. While my military experience has greatly shaped my work ethic, I focus on leveraging these qualities to deliver top-notch service to  my valued clients.

 

Dawn Johnson

I became a Realtor in 2005 and a Broker in 2011. I started with the CENTURY 21 Wilson Minger Agency in 2005 and was one of the top Realtor members of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors for gross sales in 2006.

In 2014 I opened Back Stage Realty. It was my intention to manage a small portfolio of “A & B”  grade residential rentals and offer a reputable platform for professional Realtors to build a sales career. The response was overwhelming. Over 70% of the management business has been referred to us by other professional Realtors based on our reputation in the real estate community. The sales staff grew by word of mouth. My team and I now sell over $30,000,000 in residential real estate yearly and I currently manage 100+/- residential rentals units with a portfolio value of just shy of $25,000,000.

Jacqui Luberto

Jacqui Luberto is the broker and owner of Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast, ONE Family Property Services, and co-owner of Defender Insurance Group. With a background as an agent for three years, Jacqui has spent the last three years as a dedicated broker/owner, leading an impressive team of 160 agents across five locations. A entrepreneur at heart, she is also the owner of five interrelated companies, all designed to provide comprehensive, full-service support to agents, homeowners, and the community at large. With her deep knowledge of both real estate and the business community, Jacqui is a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients, continually setting high standards for service and professionalism in her field.

Ant Stroud

Ant is a passionate and youthful entrepreneur who specializes in the real estate industry, one who wears his excitement for the industry on his sleeves, which makes him one of the most relevant, powerful, and influential speakers around. He leads a highly successful group and has a genuine excitement to help other agents in the industry achieve their greatest aspirations. The way he articulates the material inspires agents of all success levels to take immediate action.

Once you meet Ant you know that he is who he is, and he wants you to know you can be who you are “unapologetically” and succeed in this industry with the right mindset and education.
